Property Manger’s job including advertise the property, arrange viewings for the prospective tenants, screening applications to find the most suitable tenants, sign tenancy agreement, collect bond/rent, release keys to the tenants on the move in date.
Application screening process, Property Manager will ask for necessary information from the tenants (within the Privacy Law scope), do tenants background checks and credit checks, in order to understand the tenants as person and know their rent affordability.
